At Aspire to Greatness Silicon Valley (ATGSV), our Supported Living Services (SLS) help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live successfully in their own homes and participate fully in their communities, consistent with Department of Developmental Services DDS / Regional Center RC expectations and the person-centered principles of the Lanterman Act.

What We Do
Our trained and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) offer personalized assistance, always honoring each person's rights, decisions, and preferences. Supports are customized according to individual goals, encompassing skills for daily living, health and safety guidance, budgeting assistance, transportation, and opportunities to take part in community programs or activity centers. These efforts all aim to foster greater independence.
In addition, ATGSV helps individuals navigate and access community and generic resources to strengthen stability and independence. This may include support with engagement and follow-through related to:

Social Services
(e.g., benefits navigation, community resources)

Social Security Support and Documentation
Follow-through (as applicable)

Medical and Mental Health Coordination
(e.g., appointments, provider communication and care follow-up)

Health Plan Navigation
e.g., understanding coverage, member services, referrals, authorizations—when applicable)

Our Philosophy of Service
Working in partnership with individuals, families, service coordinators, and community partners, ATGSV supports each person to develop, maintain, and strengthen independent living skills at their own pace, using the least intrusive support necessary.
Our role is not to direct live, but to support individuals in living the life they choose, with dignity, respect, and opportunity.

Meet The Team
Executive Director
Adegboyega Akintade
Adegboyega Akintade is the founder and Executive Director of Aspire to Greatness Silicon Valley in San Jose, CA. Adegboyega has dedicated the last 15 years to the field of human service in Santa Clara County. Over the years, he has served multiple roles as Support Facilitator, Supported Living Coordinator, Quality Assurance Director, and Executive Director in both a nonprofit and for-profit agency. Adegboyega is a graduate of Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan, where he earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from St Mary’s University Nova Scotia, Canada.
Adegboyega enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, fashion, cooking, traveling, and promoting primary and secondary education to West African countries in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia. Adegboyega is committed to community integration of adults with intellectual disabilities and quality of services to those served and their families. Adegboyega currently serves as a general community member of the San Andreas Regional Center.


Co-Founder LCSW
Zainab Akintade
Zainab M Akintade is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Co-founder of Aspire to Greatness, Silicon Valley. She was born and raised in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Zainab obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and a Minor in Gerontology at San Jose State University, California. Zainab has approximately fifteen years of experience providing direct care and clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities. She has worked with a diverse range of people: adults, older adults, minors, and families /children with dual diagnosis in Santa Clara County. Her expertise includes extensive knowledge of the DSM V, Aging, Drug and Alcohol treatment, CBT, Harm Reduction, Suicide Prevention and working with forensic clients. She believes in the preservation of human dignity and equality for all. Zainab is caring, empathetic, and compassionate toward the participants she serves.
When Zainab is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, fashion, catching up with old friends, traveling, and staying indoors. Zainab's role at ATGSV is Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer. She will work in collaboration with San Andreas Regional Center (QI) and affiliates to plan, implement, and improve the quality of services through continuous assessment and evaluation with the vision of progressive agency performance.
PROGRAM MANAGER
Timi Warikouru
Timi Warikouru brings 20 years of experience in both nonprofit and for-profit management focused on developmental disabilities. Timi previously worked as an Administrator / Program Manager at Life Service Alternative and Supported Living Program Manager at Spread Your Wings. Timi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Language Arts/Classical Studies from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and an Associate Degree in Liberal Art from San Jose City College, California. In addition, she is certified as a Residential Elderly Administrator and Adult Residential Administrator. Timi is currently working on obtaining her Registered Behavioral Technician certification. Timi enjoys travels and volunteers at church activities.
Timi's role at ATGSV is a Supported Living Program Manager. She will collaborate with service coordinators, consumers, families, circle of support and other professionals to provide person-centered services.
Timi’s professional abilities include conducting assessment and formulating a person-centered individual service Plan. She is passionate about the mission of ATGSV to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to fully integrate into their community.


Case Manager
Deanitza Renteria
Deanitza Renteria is a mother of three beautiful children and a proud owner of a Frenchie. In the last thirteen years, Deanitza has diligently dedicated her time to serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Deanitza is passionate about serving this population, enjoys making a difference in their lives and being part of a support team that helps these individuals thrive.
Deanitza is a Case Manager with Aspire to Greatness Silicon Valley. She brings with her patience, compassion, reliability, problem-solving and a Strong Case management skill to multi-task.
When Deanitza is not working, she loves being outdoors and spending quality time with families and friends.
